MD CB ready for breakout season

Randallstown (Md.) cornerback/wide receiver Jamari McCullough is drawing attention for a host of top programs. McCullough, one of the top prospects in Maryland, recently received his first scholarship offer. McCullough expects many more to come.
"I received my first scholarship offer. Connecticut is the first school of, hopefully, many," said the 5-foot-11, 175-pound playmaker who runs the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds.

Although Connecticut is McCullough's only offer to date, there are many schools lining up to get a closer look.
"I am getting the most mail from Virginia, Maryland, Boston College, Virginia Tech, Penn State, NC State, and Marshall. I don't have any favorites at this time."
McCullough is busy this spring running track but he also trying to get out and visit some of the schools that are showing interest in him.
"I am trying to visit them all. I am going to Marshall's spring game. I know I will try to visit Virginia and Maryland as well. I want to see Penn State."
Last season, McCullough racked up 56 tackles and had six interceptions, three of which he returned for touchdowns. McCullough is also a dangerous wide receiver. He had 28 receptions for 460 yards and nine touchdowns.
