McKnight lays out top five

Steffon McKnight does not talk much but he laid out his recruitment this past weekend at the UCLA 7on7 event and the Bruins should be happy.
They're the top school and the San Diego (Calif.) Mira Mesa four-star wide receiver has a top five as well.

"My top five right now is UCLA, Arizona State, USC, Washington and Nebraska," McKnight said.
"I just really like the area just being right next to Beverly Hills where all the stars are. I just really see myself out here."
McKnight, rated as the No. 36 receiver in the 2016 class by Rivals.com, said he wanted to commit early but now plans to take all five official visits and then make his pledge much later.
His five frontrunners above will get his official trips throughout the season.
'I definitely wanted to commit early but I want to take my official visits before I commit," McKnight said. "If I commit now and then take official visits, I'm just going to wait until signing day."
Arizona State will get McKnight's first official visit but he's not sure of the date yet. He wants his trip to UCLA to be for one of the more competitive games this season.
"My first official visit will be with ASU," McKnight said.
"I haven't really thought about (the UCLA visit) too much but I definitely want to see them play a tougher team to see how they handle adversity."
His relationship with the UCLA coaching staff is strong especially with receivers coach Eric Yarber.
"Coach Yarber is really cool," McKnight said. "I really like him. Every time I see him he comes up and gives me a big old hug so I really like that a lot."
