McGuffie remains undecided

The nation's top all-purpose back Sam McGuffie returned from his unofficial visit to Michigan last Monday. A week later, the four-star prospect remains uncommitted.
"I really enjoyed my visit to Michigan," McGuffie said. "I really liked the coaches and the guys I got to hang out with."

McGuffie is the highest ranked uncommitted prospect from the Greater Houston area. However, he is planning to have a commitment made in the somewhat near future.
"The recruiting process is getting very overwhelming, but there will be a decision in the next few weeks," McGuffie said. "Michigan has been my favorite for a while, followed by USC, Texas A&M, Oklahoma State and Florida (in no particular order).
"I want to enjoy this process and not make it so pressure-packed."
McGuffie rushed for more than 3,000 yards as a junior, and 43 touchdowns. He was a first-team all-state selection in 2006.
He set the Houston's single-season rushing yardage record as a junior as well.
