McGill on the verge of more offers

Three-star defensive tackle Demetri McGill has a couple offers to date. The 6-foot-2, 297-pounder is waiting for more schools to pull the trigger, as he gets healthy.
"I'm doing pretty good," he said. "I'm lifting weights again. I tore some ligaments this past season and got the scope down. I'm not quite 100% yet, but I should be next month. I'd say I'm at about 75% right now."

Despite that, McGill has landed two offers to date from James Madison and Old Dominion.
However, other schools are interested in the lineman.
"I've actually been getting a lot of interest from Florida," he said. "I'm getting handwritten letters and stuff. They want me to come down there for a visit. I'm going to try to during spring break.
"I don't have other visits planned, but I'll probably get up to Virginia for their spring game and go down to North Carolina."
What are the Cavaliers and Tar Heels saying?
"I've been hearing a lot from them," he said. "Most of the schools are just waiting for me to take the SAT. Ohio told me they are just waiting on that before they offer."
McGill claims that he has no favorites at this time.
"Not yet, I'm just coasting right now," he said. "I'm just trying to stay on top of my grades and get healthy."
