McFadden thinking Big Ten and south

"I just went to Illinois this weekend," Pompano Beach (Fla.) Ely defensive back Walter McFadden said. "It went well.
"It's a lot different than the SEC. There's a lot of big-time receivers in the Big Ten. If you shut them down you make a name for yourself.

"I really liked Ron Zook. And it was my first time to see snow.
"I'm all done with my visits. I'll probably decide around Wednesday. Auburn, Illinois. South Florida, and Michigan State are all in it.
"Auburn and Michigan State are still high, but I wouldn't say they're my top two."
The 6-foot-0 and 175 pound McFadden made over 50 tackles and intercepted five passes during his senior season. He is the No. 24 cornerback prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 51 prospect in the state of Florida.
