McCullough takes first trip next weekend
Garland (Texas) North Garland standout cornerback Edorian McCullough has lined up his first official visit, and it’s to a team that hasn’t been on his list in a while.
“I’m going to visit Michigan State next weekend,” McCullough, who is the No. 7 cornerback in the nation, said. “I think they play Michigan, so that’ll be a blast. It should be a lot of fun to see what it is like up there.”

McCullough, who is 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds, has been having fun on the football field, too.
Last week he had 19 carries for 208 yards and had three tackles on defense. If they beat either Garland or Mesquite in the final two games, North Garland will be in the playoffs.
McCullough did spend some of this past Saturday watching the big Oklahoma-Nebraska game, and after it was over he decided that the Sooners and Huskers would be two of the schools he visits. He said Michigan State, Miami, Nebraska and Oklahoma are his “for sure” visits with Texas and Texas A&M in consideration for the final trip.
"After watching that game, I'm for sure going to visit Oklahoma and Nebraska," McCullough said. "I thought I was before but wasn't 100 percent sure. But I know that I am now. Those teams have great defenses."
