MORE: Calif. tight end Brandt talks early offers
Ricky McCoy recently landed his second offer from Washington, and it will be under serious consideration, but as things look now his other offer is standing out a little more.

There are a few reasons why the Fresno (Calif.) Roosevelt tight end is high on Arizona - he likes the offense, he loves the campus and some of his friends from the area signed with the Wildcats this past recruiting cycle and it could play a big factor for him.
McCoy, a 6-foot-4, 243-pound recruit, said he is close friends with [db]Devon Brewer[/db], [db]Sharif Williams[/db] and some other Fresno prospects heading to Tucson and that might play an influence in his decision-making process.
"I am still high on them," McCoy said. "I've been looking at them for a while. I really like their offense because my school runs that offense and I feel like it would be a good fit. Coach (Rich) Rodriguez is a great coach and it's just a good atmosphere. Some of my friends out of the (Central) Valley are going there also so that could be big."
Arizona and Washington are the two offers for McCoy, who's expected at the Rivals Camp in Northern California this weekend. More interest is also coming in recently as the Fresno Roosevelt standout reports some new looks from Oregon State and UCLA especially.
McCoy said the Washington offer is definitely something to consider but it's still in the early stages.
"They talked to my coach about it," he said. "It's pretty new to me."
