The 5-foot-9, 176-pound McCloud, who is committed to Clemson, feels he's in elite company.
"It's an honor," he said. "It's a blessing to play with all of these players. And when you look at some of the guys who played in the past like Jameis Winston, you want to be one of those players playing in the game."
McCloud already has an idea of what he was in for since he attended last year's game.
"I sat up top," he said. "It felt like an all-star game. It was real cool seeing them compete and to have NFL players coaching. It was a great experience and I had fun."
McCloud said he's most looking forward to spending time with friends and competing at the high school level one last time.
"I'm just looking to have some fun," he said. "And compete one last time before going to college. I'll get a chance to play with some of my friends like Byron Cowart so it will be fun."
McCloud committed to Clemson in July and his versatility as an athlete all but guarantees him immediate playing time as a true freshman.
"I'm 100-percent committed to Clemson," McCloud said.
