McAfee names his favorite
Pittsburgh (Pa.) Plum Area kicker Patrick McAfee had an outstanding junior season and is drawing interest from many recruiters.
"A few have been in to my school," McAfee said. "The Naval Academy, Penn State, Penn, Kent, Syracuse, and a few smaller ones have been in."

"I'm interested in Penn State, Iowa, West Virginia, North Carolina State, and Wisconsin. I've been in contact with all of them. They send a letter to three letters a day. I haven't visited any of them yet."
"I plan to visit Penn State for kicking camp. And probably the Naval Adademy."
"Penn State is my favorite. I went to their camp last summer. I liked it a lot. I liked the campus."
The 6-foot-1 and 205 pound McAfee made seven of nine field goals during his junior season with his long coming from 46 yards out. He was perfect on extra points and 90% of his kickoffs went for touchbacks.
