Mayden narrows list to five
Sachse (Texas) 2016 Rivals250 defensive back Jared Mayden named a top 10 earlier in the year of Baylor, Louisville, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Ohio State, Rice, TCU, Tennessee, and Texas A&M.
On Tuesday night the standout defender narrowed his list further. He announced he would be trimming his list to five at 7:30 p.m., and right at 7:30 p.m. he delivered the news on Twitter.

Mayden plans to visit Ohio State for the Michigan game, and he is hopeful about announcing his college choice in February.
Mayden is currently ranked No . 139 in the 2016 Rivals250, No. 11 among the nation's 2016 cornerbacks, and No. 13 in the Rivals.com Texas Initial Top 75 of 2016.
