I would like to thank all the programs that have offered me. And @DynastyPA and @Hayesfawcett3 for the edit💯💯 pic.twitter.com/mzHDqbpfcP- Jaredmayden II (@MaydenII) June 24, 2015
There is no order to his top seven at this time.
UCLA: "Really just coach Martin, he's been recruiting me since my sophomore year. It's a pretty good program and when he came to the school in the May when we had our spring drills I felt like he was a coach I could see myself playing for."
Michigan: "Just talking to coach Zordich the DB coach, and coach Harbaugh what he did in the pros you would think that would transfer over to what he's doing at Michigan. That's kind of why they made it.
Oregon: "Oregon, just talking to coach Neal since my freshman year. That's definitely what kept them on.
Florida State: "Florida State, coach Brewster has been recruiting me for awhile. Plus they're coming off an undefeated season and then they only lost one game and that's just a good tradition.
Florida: "Florida, they're in contention for being DBU so you can't have them not on your list. Their DBs are pretty good."
Ohio State: "Ohio State, they're national champions and I've been talking to coach Ash ever since they offered me. So I just feel comfortable up there."
Alabama: "Alabama is just the tradition, and then you have to look at coach Saban and coach Tucker. It's just a big tradition. If you can go there and play you can pretty much write your ticket to the pros."
Mayden has planned to trim planned to trim his list on June 24, 2015, because It is his birthday, and it allows him to trim his numerous options before announcing his college decision at the Opening.
He is currently ranked No. 147 in the Rivals250, No. 9 among the nation's cornerbacks, and No. 15 in the Rivals.com Texas Spring Top 100.
