Mathews to compare visits

Orlando (Fla.) Edgewater wide receiver Greg Mathews, who committed to Michigan after his official visit with the Wolverines in November, but subsequently made official visits to Ohio State Jan. 6 and Florida State this weekend, now has to come up with a final decision.
"I've been on all three of his visits with him," said Greg's mother Lisa Mathews. "He really liked his Michigan visit. But he has to look at everything.

"There have been some changes at Florida State. They lost a wide receiver this weekend. But they came in so late. But I think his visit to Florida State went really well. I came back last night. He's on his way home now.
"There are just so many things that can happen. He's crazy about Michigan, he's impressed with Ohio State, and he follows Florida State."
Lisa Mathews said her son might wait till signing day to make a final decision.
"Now that he has been to all three schools, he can compare," she said. "He might wait till signing day. Whatever decision he makes, we'll be happy."
The 6-foot-2 and 190 pound Mathews caught 59 passes for 1088 yards during his senior season. Mathews averaged 18.4 yards per catch and scored 12 times. He is the No. 9 wide receiver prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings.
