Massive OG keeping things open

Offensive guard Peter White looks the part of a big-time college lineman at 6-foot-4 and 344-pounds and he boasts offers from many of the top programs in the nation.
The Washington (D.C.) St. John's College junior is one of the strongest prospects in America so it's no surprise that he's earned offers from the likes of Florida, Tennessee, Penn State and many others.

Where do things stand with him right now?
"Well I'm going to Tennessee and Illinois (this summer)," he said. "Those are the two that I know I'm going to. I might go to some others though."
White said Maryland was the first school to show him attention and may have recruited him the hardest up to this point, but that has not given the Terrapins an advantage.
"I like all the schools that have offered me," White explained. "There are some that I like who haven't offered me. I'm just going to keep working and see what happens.
"This spring has been going well for me and my team. I'm mainly working on trying to stay low in pass protection and run blocking."
While White would like to make his decision soon, it may not work out that way.
"I would like to make my decision before the football season, but it probably won't work out that way. I'll probably make it after the season."
