Massive CT lineman wants more interest

At 6-foot-5 and 337 pounds, offensive tackle Anthony Marsiglia is impossible to miss on or off the football field.
The massive lineman from Berlin, Connecticut has been hoping to hear from some of the schools he is interested in and has done all he can up to this point. For now he just has to play somewhat of a waiting game.

"I just sent out my highlight tape last month to Penn State, Boston College and a couple of others," Marsiglia reported. "I heard back from BC and they said they're still looking at me. I'm just doing all I can to pick up a lot of interest.
"I know on June 20 there's a camp at UConn that I'll be going to. That's just for a day. I might be going to a Penn State camp sometime during the summer as well. That's really all I have lined up."
While he is listed as a defensive tackle Marsiglia said he probably projects as a left or right tackle at the college level.
How did his junior campaign go?
"For the team it didn't go the way we planned it," he said. "My sophomore year we made it to the state championship game. This past year went alright but we didn't do as well as we would have liked.
"I know I improved in my blocking. My run blocking and pass blocking are good. I made all-state so I had a good year."
Does Marsiglia have any favorites at this point in time?
"I've been checking out Wake Forest, actually. I really like Penn State, too. I took an unofficial visit to Penn State when they played Illinois. Those are the two I really like."
