Massey made official visits to Michigan and Ohio State before making his decision. His brother Pat currently plays for Michigan and brother Jim played for Ohio State.
The 6-foot-5 and 225 pound Michael Massey, from Cleveland (Ohio) St. Ignatius, led his team with ten sacks. He is the Rivals.com number seven strongside defensive end prospect with a four star rating.
