Massachusetts OL talks recruiting

Cambridge (Mass.) Buckingham Browne & Nichols offensive tackle Eric Olson has an early verbal offer from UMass but his recruitment appears ready to take off even more.
The 6-foot-6, 265-pound lineman is hearing a lot from Virginia, UConn and Boston College, and those schools are sure to spend a lot of time evaluating him.

Olson plans on visiting UConn over spring break because the Huskies are making him a priority. He has already been to Boston College and likes what he saw out of the Eagles.
"I don't have any clear cut favorites," Olson said. "I'm keeping my options open. I haven't gotten down to see many schools yet.
"The only school I've been to is BC because of proximity."
Familiarity is something that will work in the Eagles favor if they do decide to offer.
"That's definitely one of the schools I'm considering," he said of BC. "I went to a game this past fall and a junior day last year."
On top of that Olson said Boston College is "definitely" the school that has shown the most interest to this point.
In addition to the FBS schools that are showing interest Olson has heard a good bit from Penn, Princeton and Harvard.
