Masina plans out camp schedule

Uaea Masina added a new offer from Colorado and the Salt Lake City (Utah) Brighton linebacker is heading to a bunch of camps soon and might be able to land a few more.
Masina, a 6-foot-4, 200-pound outside linebacker who really emerged this off-season, said he's heading to the BYU, Utah and Stanford camps this summer and might also take an unofficial visit to Colorado.

Since the Buffaloes offered, Masina is excited to see what their program is all about.
"I'm interested to find out more about them," Masina said. "I don't really know too much about their program. I want to see it and I want to go visit the campus and then I'll see what's up after that."
Utah was the first to offer Masina, who shined at recent 7on7 tournaments in Las Vegas and Redondo Beach, Calif., and the Salt Lake City standout said the Utes' coaching staff continues to aggressively recruit him.
They're not pressuring him to commit but Masina said Utah is making it clear they'd love to have him in this recruiting class.
"Utah isn't really forcing me to make a decision but they're definitely keeping in touch and making sure that I know that they're still there," Masina said.
"That's kind of cool. I hear from their coaches all the time."
The 6-foot-4, 200-pound linebacker had another strong performance at the Oakland NIKE Camp this past weekend and that could help his recruitment even more.
One reason Masina might only have two offers so far is because he mainly plays tailback in high school and has limited linebacker film to send coaches.
