Maryland trip gets high marks

Orlando Bishop Moore three-star running back A.J. Brooks has been a recruit flying low under the radar screen, but he did take his second official visit to Maryland this weekend.
“We went with him and had a great time,” Brooks’ father, Christopher Sims, said. “It was a wonderful school, and he liked everything that he saw. He was impressed with the coaches, players and everything he saw. We think it would be a good place for him.”

But it’s not the only option.
Brooks has already visited Duke and is set to visit Boston College on January 16. UCF has also offered him a scholarship.
Brooks, who is 6-foot and 192 pounds, is ranked as the nation’s No. 51 running back.
