Maryland Prospect Has Top Two

The Virginia Tech coaching staff has a way of finding talent. Their latest find is Burtonsville (Md.) Paint Branch tight end Brad Schell.
“Virginia Tech offered me very early along with Maryland,” said the 6-foot-5, 225-pounder who has the frame to play linebacker as well. “I really like the coaches at both schools, but Tech is my favorite right now.”

Schell will visit Virginia Tech on November 30th and also hopes to visit North Carolina and Maryland on an official basis. He’s also interested in Illinois.
“I think I want to stay closer to home now,” he said. “I really liked Illinois for a while and I’m still interested, but Virginia Tech and Maryland are my top two. Both schools are great and are having awesome seasons.’
Schell has 21 catches for nearly 250 yards this season.
