Martin reaches double digits

Port Arthur (Texas) Memorial 2016 running back Kameron Martin has reached double digit offers, with scholarship offer No. 10 arriving on Monday from the Miami Hurricanes.
"It's just a great blessing just having an offer from Miami," Martin said. "They have a great tradition there and I just feel like I can do a lot of things in their program and keep building a relationship with those guys."

Offensive line coach Art Kehoe did the honors, and Martin was quick to show him how much he appreciated the offer.
"I told him, 'God is good.' He said, 'Man, I know.' I was jumping up and down," Martin said.
The Hurricanes join Arizona State, Baylor, Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Utah, Washington State, and Akron on Martin's offer list, and the standout running back has also drawn significant interest from Texas and Texas A&M.
Martin recently visited the Texas Junior Day at the end of February and he has taken numerous trips to Texas A&M. His next college visit will be a familiar one.
"I'm taking an unofficial visit on April 5 to Texas A&M," Martin said.
The 5-foot-9, 165-pound back has not counted out the possibility of making an early decision, but right now he is not ready to name a leader among his offers.
"No, all of them are good," Martin said. "All of them offered me at a young age and I'm just letting it happening. I just want to keep collecting them until I make that decision."
For now Martin is gearing up for his next appearance, which will be on Sunday, where he will attend the Houston stop of the Rivals Camp Series presented by Under Armour.
