Martin now playing linebacker

Cincinnati (Ohio) LaSalle four-star defensive end Ben Martin came out victorious in his first game of the season.
But the 6-foot-5, 230-pounder that is ranked as the nation's No. 51 player overall and No. 2 player in Ohio, wasn't as pleased as he could have been with his personal performance.

"We won 34-9, so that's a good thing," Martin said.
"I did all right. I didn't get any sacks. I got a few tackles, but that's about it. I'm playing linebacker now, so that's a change for me."
Martin said he hopes to do even better in the second game and keep his team on the winning track. While he's doing that, is he any closer to getting on track with his recruiting process and lining up any official visits?
"I haven't set anything up yet, because we just started school last week," he said. I'll probably be setting that stuff up real soon."
Where will he be visiting?
"Ohio State, Notre Dame and Florida for sure," he said. "The other two I'm not really sure about yet. Those three are pretty much equal right now."
Martin said he's already got in mind what the perfect school will have.
"Mostly the people will be important to me," Martin said. "I also want to go where I feel comfortable. Most of them have big stadiums and you get to play in front of all these fans, but I care about just the people, the coaches and how I fit in there."
