Defensive tackle Brandon King had a nice season at Oak Ridge Military Academy in North Carolina this year and several schools have been vying for his services.
Today the 6-foot-5, 300-pound defensive tackle made his college decision.

"I committed to Marshall," King explained.
"I can come in there and play early. They've got nice facilities and I really like it there."
The Thundering Herd is bringing King in as a defensive tackle that can provide immediate size and depth up the middle.
King said his decision ultimately came down to Memphis, Mississippi State, Western Kentucky and Marshall, but early playing time and his comfort level with the school made the different in Marshall's favor.
He said he is solidly committed to Marshall and will not look at any other schools.
King will take an official visit to Marshall on January 2.
