Marlin duo takes another twist, turn

Just when it looked like the battle to land two-star cornerback Matterial Richardson of Marlin, Texas, was over, things take another twist and turn.
And this time the turn has Richardson, who is 5-foot-9 and 195-pounds, heading to Arkansas as a solid Arkansas Razorback commitment.

"Arkansas is where he wanted to go all along," Marlin coach Jerry Malone told Otis Kirk of HawgSports.com.
"He just went down there this weekend and they confused him a little. It's over, I'm cutting it off here and telling anyone who calls they are solid for Arkansas."
Richardson will be joined by teammate D’Nearian Wrighter, who finally went public with his long rumored Arkansas commitment, this afternoon. Wrighter, who is 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds, is ranked as the nation’s No. 27 safety. He joins fellow Texas safety Desmond Williams as commitments to the Hawgs.
