Marlin, Texas, teammates D’Nerian Wrighter and Matterial Richardson are back from Arkansas and according to Wrighter it’s a visit both won’t soon forget.

“It was great,” Wrighter, who is a 6-foot-1, 205-pound safety, said. “It was great to just see how all the people were excited about the school and the players. It was everybody and everything about the school was awesome. They want me real, real bad.

“It was just exciting and overwhelming.”

Wrighter said he’s not sure what’s going to happen next. He’s going to visit either Houston, TCU, Texas A&M and Kansas.

“I just don’t know,” he said. “We’ll just have to wait and see what happens.”

Richardson, a 5-foot-10, 195-pound cornerback, is slated to visit Houston next weekend. Texas A&M is also on his list at this point.
