Manson loves Florida
Is he or isn’t he a Gator? That’s the question that people are asking these days to Tuscaloosa (Ala.) Hillcrest four-star running back Markus Manson.
The 6-foot, 190-pounder visited Gainesville this weekend and came away impressed.

“I loved it,” Manson said. “I just loved how the coaches and players really work tighter. I met a lot of the players and a lot of the other prospects. I was really impressed with Xavier Lee, a receiver from California and the big fullback from Tennessee.
“Right now, I’m committed to Florida, but I haven’t made any final decisions. If I do decide to take any other visits, I’ll let you know. Right now, I don’t know if I’m going to or not. I’ll tell you if there is a change.”
Manson has been reported to have visits set up with South Carolina, Michigan State and Alabama in the final two weeks.
