Three-star Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln defensive back Joe Manning is staying home to play his college football.
Manning (6-0, 175, 4.4) announced his decision to attend Florida State today in a ceremony at his school, picking the Seminoles over Auburn, Nebraska and Tennessee.
As a senior, Manning recorded 51 tackles, seven pass break-ups, five interceptions and five blocked kicks (3 punts, 2 extra points). He also had three “big hits” and one sack.

He is rated the No. 29 cornerback in the nation by Rivals.com.
