THE LATEST: Monday, Manning received scholarship offers from TCU, Texas Tech, and Arizona State. The Horned Frogs were the first to offer, followed shortly by the Red Raiders, and then the Sun Devils capped off the big day.
IN HIS WORDS: On his big day: "I'm pretty even keeled and don't get too high or too low, but I was pretty happy."
THE MANNING FILE: Manning now has offers from Arizona State, Houston, Illinois State, ULL, SMU, Texas Tech, Toledo and TCU. He took unofficial visits to Baylor, Texas, TCU, and SMU during the 2015 season. TCU made a quick impression on a visit during the spring, but he is not declaring a favorite and he is keeping an open mind at this early point in the recruiting process. He has 28 receptions for 605 yards and 11 touchdowns as a junior. Manning and Lancaster face Frisco Lone Star Friday in the Texas 5A Division II Quarterfinals.
