Mycah Pittman has already landed some major offers but the 2019 four-star receiver could be in store for many others.

Two top national programs are sending a bunch of mail, enough to capture the attention of the Calabasas, Calif., standout, and he’s excited to see if those programs follow through with offers.

“I have been receiving lots of mail from Florida State and Ohio State,” Pittman said.

“But Calabasas football has a month break and the coaches also enjoy their break so when camp starts back up more colleges will roll by again.”

So far, the four-star receiver has landed offers from Arizona State, Boston College, Cal, Colorado, Fresno State, Hawaii, Michigan State, Oregon State, USC, Utah and Washington State.

His brother, Michael, plays at USC but the 2019 recruit said he’s going to really take his time with the recruiting process and is open to playing at another school without his brother.

Getting recruiting mail from the Buckeyes and the Seminoles is definitely a big deal, and it sounded like offers could be close, but Pittman wants to get word from the coaches before getting too excited.

A transfer to Calabasas from Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian for his junior season, Pittman is poised for a breakout season – and with that a whole lot more recruiting attention.

“From what I've heard from my old head coach, (Jim) Benkert, was that they were going to offer me the next time they would see me, but I made the move over to Calabasas before they were able to visit Oaks,” Pittman said.

“I'm not sure about the offer yet because letters are just letters sometimes.”
