Major Pac-12 offer for Voeller

Evan Voeller is one of the top offensive linemen in the West and the West Linn, Ore., four-star prospect recently landed an offer from Oregon, one of his favorite programs.
The 6-foot-4, 285-pound offensive tackle said he had an inclination an offer was coming from the Ducks after talking with offensive line coach Steve Greatwood and now that it has arrived he has some thinking to do.

There is a chance Voeller might commit soon - he isn't sure about his timetable - but before the local prospect makes any decisions he's going to methodically review all his options to make sure.
"It's definitely one of my top choices," Voeller said.
"It's closer to home, I like all the coaches there and they have great facilities. I need to look at all my other options and then figure out which place fits me best."
Oregon joins Boise State, Purdue, Texas A&M, UCLA, Washington and Washington State on the offer list for Voeller, rated No. 145 in the 2013 class by Rivals.com, and he's hearing from many other programs.
Since Oregon's offense is unique and so fast-paced, Voeller said he has been reassured by the coaching staff that he would be a good addition and fit in perfectly with the Ducks.
Other schools that run dissimilar offenses have also told the four-star prospect he'd be a good fit so Voeller wants to review all his options before making his decision.
"Stanford told me I fit into their offense and Oregon told me I fit in their offense and they're two different offenses so I guess I fit in both," Voeller said.
"I'm not sure. I might take my time. I just have to go over all the schools again."
