Major interest for Gaston

Chris Gaston and UCLA parted ways recently and now the three-star defensive back is looking again at all programs and is open to all options.
The La Puente (Calif.) Bishop Amat standout said some schools are coming after him already including some other Pac-12 programs and he's going to take his time and not rush a decision.

"Utah, Colorado State, Washington State, TCU are recruiting me right now," Gaston said. "I'm looking at all of them, I just want to experience it and de-commit, so I just want to experience everything I didn't get to experience."
What Gaston did not experience by committing to UCLA in the last few months was a chance to take official visits.
That's the plan now for the Bishop Amat recruit. He has one scheduled out-of-state coming up in January and more will probably be booked in the coming weeks.
"I'm taking one January 15 and that's to Colorado State but all the other schools, that should be coming up pretty soon," Gaston said.
As for a favorite, it's far too early to say until the three-star takes some other official visits.
The Bishop Amat recruit said he will probably wait until National Signing Day to make his final decision.
