Major interest for Crawford

Dylan Crawford has been seeing two and three defenders come his way but the 2016 four-star receiver is confident his team will figure out ways to get him the ball.
"I was getting triple teamed against Moorpark," Crawford said. "I probably had five catches for about 60 yards. I was freeing up John Carroll, our tight end, he probably had like nine catches for 200 yards and two touchdowns.

"They're going to find a way to get me the ball though."
Crawford, from La Canada (Calif.) St. Francis, is one of the top wide receivers in the 2016 class - ranked ninth at the position by Rivals.com - and he has already landed offers from Arizona State, Cal, Hawaii, Miami, Michigan, Oregon State, SMU, Tennessee, UCLA, USC, Utah and Washington.
The four-star is receiving a lot of new interest as well.
"Oregon, Pitt, Arkansas, Alabama, those are some of the new ones showing interest," Crawford said.
"I'm not sure on the offers right now but they're starting to talk to me a little bit more along with Florida State."
The 2016 receiver has already taken unofficial visits to USC and UCLA this season and there could be something else big brewing in his recruitment.
Crawford plays on the same 7on7 team as 2016 four-star quarterback K.J. Costello and the two have become close. So friendly that when Costello makes his commitment - it could be shortly - that Crawford said it will play a big influence on his thinking as well.
For Costello, it's believed USC, Stanford and then Michigan are the leaders.
"It definitely does (play a role)," Crawford said. "We have a good connection. We love to play with each other and we know we can go out there and compete."
