Major interest coming for Alloway

Damian Alloway is having a busy season on offense, defense and special teams and now the 2016 four-star athlete is hearing from two new programs.
The Fontana (Calif.) Summit standout said Texas Tech and Notre Dame have reached out the most recently and even though he's not majorly focused on his recruitment, new offers would definitely be something big.

"A new school that's been contacting me is Texas Tech," Alloway said. "I've been talking to their coach a little bit and he's a really good guy. He's been keeping in contact a lot with me lately. Notre Dame is starting to show interest as well and a lot of the coaches are talking to me. Those two are standing out as coaches who might pursue me.
"I think Texas Tech could be coming really soon. I've been talking to a lot of the coaches. They said once my full season highlights drop they just want to see it so I think that one could be coming soon."
So far, the 5-foot-10, 170-pound speedster has been offered by Cal, UCLA, Utah, Washington and Washington State.
USC has been showing a good deal of interest but apparently the coaching staff has made it clear to Alloway they want to see him add more weight.
"They told me when I went to the game that it will be soon but they want to see me in the weight room a little bit, they want to see me get a little bigger," said Alloway, who plans to attend the USC-UCLA game later this season. "I don't know when an offer will be coming."
The 2016 prospect is more focused on his season than his recruitment. No favorites have emerged this early and Alloway said he's taking his time and looking at all his options.
'I'm not even thinking about any commitments or anything like that," Alloway said. "I'm just worried about my season and trying to get a championship."
