Major 2019 LB has strong relationships with five schools

The recruiting process started early for junior Drake Thomas. The linebacker out of Wake Forest (N.C.) Heritage has an offer sheet that stretches well into the double digits but says he has the best relationships with coaches at N.C. State, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, Clemson, and Michigan.

Thomas is still in the infancy of his decision-making process but does plan on attending more games before making any key decisions. Along with games at local schools like North Carolina, N.C. State, Duke, and Wake Forest, Thomas wants to go to games at Michigan, Clemson, and Alabama.
