Mack staying busy with camps

Norcross (Ga.) Wesleyan athlete Charles Mack holds three scholarships. The 6-foot-1, 188-pounder just returned home from his first SEC camp and will the road for several more camps in the coming weeks.
"I've been offered by South Florida, Navy and Buffalo," he said. "Right now I just finished up Vanderbilt's camp over the weekend."

Mack discussed how his weekend in Nashville went.
"I did really well, better than I thought I'd do," said Mack. "I think an offer from them may be coming in hopefully."
Mack plans to attend more camps in the coming weeks.
"I'm going to Georgia Tech next week," he said. "They are on me hard.
They sent me 52 letters in one day. I'm also going to Virginia and then to Duke and Navy."
The Georgia athlete is getting mixed message from college coaches about possible offers.
"A lot of them just say they want to see me on campus, some other coaches want to see me work out at camp," he said.
Mack claims no favorites at this time.
"I don't have like a super favorite," he said. "I'm evaluating all of them and I'll narrow it down towards the end of summer."
Still, Mack is looking for a few things as he visits schools.
"First, I look at the academic side," he said. "They have to have a good academic balance and a good educational department for me. I'm leaning towards engineering or business, but I may go in undecided my first year. I'm looking for wherever I fit with the program. I want to win and get a good education."
Mack posted 71 tackles, six pass breakups and two forced fumbles as a junior. He added 12 receptions for 275 yards on offense.
"I'd probably say my best asset is coming up and laying the wood, playing hard and being physical," said Mack.
