Position: Defensive back
Size and speed: Lyles is 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 4.4 seconds.
Statistics: Lyles intercepted three passes during his junior season. He has been a varsity starter at strong safety since his freshman year.
Favorite Schools: Illinois, Northwestern, Notre Dame, and Stanford.
Skinny: Lyles is one of the top defensive back prospects in the state of Illinois.
"I'm thinking about Illinois, Stanford, Northwestern, and Notre Dame," Lyles said. "Those are the main ones."
"I've visited all of them except Stanford."
"Illinois offered me a scholarship. But I'll wait awhile before I decide. I don't have a favorite."
