Luke could get more interest soon

Chandler (Ariz.) Hamilton is loaded with Division I talent and one of its top juniors is Cole Luke, a 6-foot, 165-pound cornerback who had an interception last weekend against Chandler Basha and should see his recruitment take off at any time.
So far, only Michigan State is sending recruiting mail but that could definitely change since Luke has registered three interceptions this season and is a tough, physical and athletic cornerback who has great speed, too.

It's hard to believe he's only a junior.
"That's it so far," Luke said of the mail from Michigan State. "It just came in the mail one day. It came after the Notre Dame Prep game and that's been it so far. I'm considering them. I definitely like them.
"I want to get out of here. I'm kind of tired of Arizona and I want to explore a little bit outside of the state."
Chandler Hamilton is 9-0 heading into Friday's regular-season finale against Tempe Corona Del Sol, which features five-star offensive tackle Andrus Peat, and then the playoff run should start.
Hamilton has really only had one close game all season - a 28-21 victory over Chandler in late September - as the defense has dominated and Luke is definitely a part of why the team has been so successful.
They controlled the game last Thursday in a 44-14 win over Chandler Basha coming off a short week and looked unstoppable at times on both sides of the ball. Luke's interception was one of the nicest plays all game.
"We had good practices from Monday," Luke said. "We had a short week, we got it all in, the team played hard, the defensive line stepped up and we played a good game.
"I dropped the first one. I should have had that one. I knew I wasn't going to drop the second one so I had to come down with it."
