Keisean Lucier-South is nowhere near cutting down his list.
The four-star defensive end from Orange (Calif.) Lutheran does have some plans for unofficial visits this off-season and seems to be getting a little more serious about finally trimming down his schools to a more manageable level.
"I'm still taking it slow right now," Lucier-South said. "I don't have any favorites. I don't even have a top 10 or 15 at this point but I'm still going to do that during summertime where I get my list down.
"I'm probably going to watch USC and UCLA practices in the next couple weeks and that's it right now for my recruiting."
Florida and Kentucky are the two newest offers for Lucier-South, a 6-foot-4, 211-pound four-star defensive end who looked great the recent RCS Southern California. Alabama, LSU and plenty of others had offered as his junior season came to a close.
There are some preliminary plans for unofficial visits this summer. The Orange Lutheran standout plans to stay close to the West Coast but a trip to Austin might be in the cards as well.
Lucier-South, rated as the sixth-best weak-side defensive end in the 2015 class by Rivals.com, said he would also like to visit Michigan before his senior season but if that's not possible then an official visit will be seriously considered.
"I'm probably going to visit two or three schools in the summer," Lucier-South said. "I really want to see Texas this summer and probably Oregon. I might go up there and maybe Arizona and Washington. So far, it's mainly just West Coast schools."
As for a decision, one is not expected until National Signing Day. With his list not cut down and visits still being worked out, Lucier-South is not going to rush his choice.
"I already told my parents I'm going to commit on signing day," Lucier-South said. "That's my timeframe right there for my decision."
