Class of 2021 Tennessee tight end Hudson Wolfe is a popular man among college coaches, especially in the Southeast, and with that being the case he's got plenty of invites to take visits this summer. And while he's still sorting through all of his options, a trip to the Bayou is among one of the visits he's prioritizing as he and his family work on the schedule. Rivals.com caught up with Wolfe at the recent St. Louis stop of the Rivals Camp Series to talk recruiting and get his thoughts on the Tigers.
IN HIS WORDS
"I've been working on figuring out my visits schedule for the summer. I may try to get to LSU. I'm looking at that and there's a couple others I'm trying to work out."
LSU: "They offered me a while ago. Right after my season. I've been in touch with the coaches and they really want me to get down there. I'm going to try to go down there to visit and camp.":
Tight ends fit in offense: "They're looking to use me the way a lot of the schools are. To be that guy that can block but also be a threat in the receiving game. They want me to get down there and showcase what I can do in front of the whole staff."
Thoughts on camping: "I've done a lot of full camps where I was there for a few days. But I've yet to do one where I just go and kind of do an afternoon showcase. It's still going to be an experience but I'm ready for it."
Looking for on visit: "I went down for a game two years ago and the fans down there are crazy. I'm going to go back for a game for sure to experience that again but it should be good to see the campus when it's not so hectic and get to see a lot of the football facilities."
