LSU piques interest of Florida commit

Four-star athlete Keyvone Lee remains committed to Florida, but his recruitment isn’t over quite yet. Lee intends to take a number of visits in the months ahead, but says that LSU Is possibly the biggest threat to his current standing as a Gator commit. Lee, who is capable of playing both linebacker and running back at the next level, may see his options expand this year, as he continues to add muscle to what is already a college-ready frame.

Lee has set no dates for visits as things stand now, but LSU joins Oregon, Clemson, Georgia and Alabama on the list of programs Lee would like to explore before Signing Day.

IN HIS WORDS:

--“Other than Florida, LSU is talking to me the most. They keep saying they aren’t going to stop recruitment me. They keep coming.”

--“I’ll play either running back or safety. Florida likes me at both. I know that.”

--“I’m probably going to Florida every weekend I can this fall. That’s home.”

--“At Florida, [I’m closest with] Coach [Christian] Robinson and Coach [Greg} Knox. Coach Knox is … hyper. He’s energetic. I like that.”
