Loyola OL ready to go

Los Angeles (Calif.) Loyola offensive lineman Mark Gray (6-2, 287, 5.0) is looking to jump star his recruitment. It looked like he was going to get an offer from Colorado in December but when the Buffs received pledges from two other players Gray’s services were no needed by the Buffs.
“I supposed to trip to Colorado the weekend of December 19th,” Gray said. “But they canceled the trip to give their coaches some extra time off. In the meantime Colorado received pledges from kids from Hawaii.”

Gray plays for a program that is well schooled in fundamentals and players who graduate from Loyola are ready to play on the D-I level.
Gray had never played center before but ended up being the starting center for the California All-Stars in the CaliFlorida Bowl.
Gray was also selected all-league for one of the toughest leagues in California. He was also selected all-area for his performance in 2003.
Gray is currently getting recruiting interest from Boise State, Kentucky, Army, Baylor and Rice.
Colorado could also get back in the picture if one of their recruits doesn’t qualify.
Gray has great strength with his 430-pound bench and his 705-pound squat.
Look for Gray to have recruiting looks all the way to signing day.
