Lowery loves unofficial visit
Virginia Beach (Va.) Ocean Lakes offensive tackle Chaz Lowery took an unofficial visit this past weekend. The 6-foot-5, 254-pounder made his way to one school in the ACC.
"I just went up to Virginia this past weekend for junior day," he said. "It was really good. I absolutely loved Coach London.

"He truly made a difference in me thinking about Virginia. He gave me hope that he can turn the program around."
Lowery went on.
"He just spoke of things that really made me want to play for him, like when he said stuff about faith, family and football," he said. "He also spoke about community involvement and that it is demanded. He talked about how he stresses academics so much too. Overall it was a good visit."
Is Lowery any closer to a scholarship?
"They talked about getting me back up there later this spring."
The Virginia lineman plans to head to Duke on March 27th followed by trips to North Carolina and NC State over his spring break.
