Lovell updates his recruitment

It's been months since anyone has heard from three-star offensive tackle Josh Lovell. The Christchurch, Va. prospect sat down with Rivals.com to discuss his season as well as the latest with his recruitment.
"As a team we improved a lot this year," he said. "We're 2-3, but I think my intensity has improved which has helped my whole game.

"I'm playing tight end. I'm doing well. I'm catching and blocking about 50/50."
On the recruiting front, the No. 21 prospect in Virginia continues to hold four offers from East Carolina, Maryland, South Carolina and West Virginia.
"Maryland is still at the top," he said. "They are close and the coaches are great. I just feel comfortable there.
"I do still have some other schools in mind, but I'm not sure right now."
A few other schools including NC State, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, Ohio State and LSU are also interested.
"They all talk about coming to watch a game and see more film of me. I think the film will help. I'm hoping to get more offers after the season."
Lovell hasn't visited any schools to date and mentions he plans to wait until after the season due to his games being on Saturdays.
