Lovell makes a change

A lot has changed for 6-foot-4, 260-pound tight end Josh Lovell in the past three months since Rivals last caught up with him. The Commonwealth prospect has changed schools and is starting to go on summer visits.
"I transferred schools," he said. "I'm now at Christchurch School. I made the commitment to go there about a week ago.

"I was getting a new coach either way and I liked it there on my visit, so I decided to stay."
On the recruiting front, Lovell already has two written offers.
"I have offers from Virginia and East Carolina in writing," he said. "I believe I have verbals from Notre Dame and West Virginia too.
"I'm getting interest from a lot of other schools, Georgia, Virginia Tech, Penn State and more."
At this point, Lovell is in the middle of visits.
"I'm at Penn State and will be camping there until Wednesday," he said. "Then I'm planning on making a trip to East Carolina, Notre Dame and Georgia in July."
The Virginia prospect claims no leaders.
"I'm not really picky," he said. "I'm open to everything. I really want a strong football team with a good overall record. I'm pretty sure I want to major in engineering, so I want a good college for that too.
"I would like to stay in state as well, but it doesn't matter to me. I'm in no hurry. I want to take officials and look around."
