Love gives Beavers, love

The Oregon State Beavers are becoming one of the surprise recruiting stories in the Pac10 after strong haul after last weekend’s round of visits the good news continues with the verbal commitment of JUCO wide receiver standout Marcel Love (6-1, 188, 4.45) from CCSF, Calif.
CCSF is one of the best JUCO talent factories in the nation.
Love is a very tough and durable wide receiver that has started 23 straight on the Junior College level.
Love is a tough competitor who does the little things that makes him special.
Not only is Love an outstanding route runner with great hands, but he is a terrific blocker from his wide receiver position. He fits the role of the modern physical wide receiver.
Another thing to take into consideration is the Oregon State as a staff are very astute talent evaluators especially on the JC level.
"Love can make the tough grab above his body or below it," said CCSF coach George Rush. “He does a lot of things very well.”
“Primarily he's got great hands, great quickness, and he's an excellent blocker,” Rush said. “Marcel’s best overall quality is his physical ability. If there is one word that best describes his talent, it's versatility.”
