Deerfield, Ill., quarterback Alex Loukas made his first official visit, taking a trip to a Big Ten school.
"I took an official visit to Purdue this weekend," Loukas said. "It went good. I liked the outcome.
"I liked seeing the players react to the coaches during a game. I liked seeing the campus on game day. I'd give it a '9' or an '8'.

"I have a visit set up to Northwestern Oct. 29. And Stanford, I plan to set up an official visit there.
"They've all offered. Illinois offered last week. I have ten offers now.
"My top three that I've set visits up to, I'm definitely looking at, and then Illinois came in last week.
"I don't have a favorite. That's why I'm taking my visits."
The 6-foot-4 and 193-pound Loukas has passed for over 1000 yards as his team has won it's first six games. He has thrown for seven touchdowns and rushed for seven with two interceptions.
