Louisville star looking at Cats

Louisville (Ky.) Western wide receiver Jimorris Johnson is in the mold of the new wave of receiver in college, big, lean and physical. He's getting interest from a number of schools and has a list of favorites.
"Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisville and Auburn are all recruiting me right now," Johnson said. "I would have to say that Kentucky is recruiting me the hardest right now. I call them up a good bit and we talk a lot. They send me handwritten mail and have really showed they are interested."

The 6-foot-4, 190-pound Johnson, who runs the 40-yard dash in 4.4 seconds caught 13 touchdown passes as a junior.
"Right now my favorites would be Auburn, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana and Louisville," Johnson said. "I really like all of them a lot right now, but Kentucky may stand out a little because they have been recruiting me so hard, but pretty much all the schools are even."
Johnson is ranked as the No. 15 player in the Bluegrass State by Rivals.com.
"I want to go to a school that has a good atmosphere," Johnson said. "I would like to stay close to home if possible so that my family could come and see me. The schools that are recruiting me are close so that's a good thing."
Johnson already has several unofficial visits that he plans to make this fall.
"I am planning on going to the Kentucky-Louisville game for sure," Johnson said. "Kentucky sent me a letter and sent me tickets to it so I am definitely going to be there. I also want to catch at least one Tennessee game this year."
