Louisville offers New York QB

Charlie Strong and his coaching staff in Louisville are looking for players to build their program on and quarterback is undoubtedly the most important position that they will be looking to fill.
The Cardinals believe they have found a good one in Henrietta (N.Y.) Rush Henrietta dual-threat quarterback Ashton Broyld. Louisville is so high on Broyld, in fact, that they have extended a scholarship offer.

Prior to the recent offer from Louisville, Broyld's only offer had come from Akron. These recent developments might be a sign that his recruitment is about to take off, as offers often come in bunches.
"The offer from Louisville came on Wednesday," Broyld said. "I've talked to coach (Clint) Hurtt. He told me he watched some of my film and he likes me a lot. They think I fit their program perfectly.
"I don't know much about them (Louisville) but I'll give a lot of thought to any school that gives me attention."
Rutgers and NC State are the two schools that Broyld has visited. Neither program has offered but each is showing interest.
Does he have any favorites at this point?
"Not at this point," he responded, noting that he will try to make it out to some camps this summer.
Broyld plans on waiting until the fall or later to make his decision.
