Louisiana star likes Big 10 visit

He's listed as a defensive end, but Franklington, La., standout Pedi Causey said most teams are recruiting him as a receiver or defensive end.
And one of those teams is Michigan - where he visited officially this past weekend.

"It went really good," Causey, who is 6-foot-4 and 200 pounds, said. "Coach Jackson has been recruiting me for a long time, and he was really great to hang out with and be around.
"I liked the facilities and coach Carr is really nice. They're supposed to be coming by the house this week. I hope they offer. I'd probably commit."
But if the Wolverines don't offer, Causey does have other options. He's set to visit La Tech next weekend and the Bulldogs have offered. He's also getting interest from Ole Miss and has an offer from Southern Miss.
But it's clear that Michigan after his visit this weekend is the team to beat.
So what do teams like about the Bayou sleeper?
"I've worked hard and I'm always going 100 percent," Causey said. "I'll play anywhere on the field, but I think I'd like a shot at receiver or defensive end in college.
"I like catching the passes, though."
