Louisiana OL taking calls

Baton Rouge (La.) Scotlandville Magnet offensive/defensive lineman Daverin Geralds like many other prospects in southern Louisiana saw his recruitment slow down due to the Hurricane. Now things seem to be returning to normal as he's fielding calls from his usual schools.
"I have been getting calls from Ole Miss, Stanford and Duke pretty regularly and they have offered," Geralds said. "Georgia Tech still has been calling me a lot, but they haven't sent me a written offer yet. Tennessee also called me this month."

"Ole Miss and Duke don't miss a chance to call," Geralds said. "Once a week they call and it's usually the same night every week. Ole Miss still tells me they want me to play offense, either center or guard, but they aren't sure yet. Both Ole Miss and Duke want me to set up an official visit with them."
Geralds is ranked as the No. 35 player in the state of Louisiana by Rivals.com.
"So far this season has been going pretty well," Geralds said. "I have been playing both offensive and defensive lines so I'm get pretty tired, but I like it because it's making me better. Last week as a defensive end I had five tackles, but I don't know what my blocking grade was."
Not much appears to have changed in terms of favorites.
