Marrero (La.) Shaw linebacker Cameron Vaughn is one of the better linebackers in the Southeast, and he has a new list of scholarship offers to prove it.
"I've shuffled things around quite a bit the past few weeks," Vaughn said.
"I've got it now narrowed down to LSU, Texas, Tennessee, Notre Dame and Florida. They've all offered, and they're all great schools."
Vaughn, who is 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds, said he doesn't have a leader at this point and it's hard to really pick out the good things that differ from each school.
"It's hard because the coaches are so nice and they seem interested in really getting to know you," Vaughn said. "That's what is making it tough."
Vaughn said he's been to one game this year, the LSU-Tulane blowout earlier this season. He said enjoyed the game and liked what he saw from the Tigers - but not enough to put them as his leader.
"I've got to take my time," Vaughn said. "I have to take my time."
